Licence for Website Access ES grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not

Our Contract
No contract exists between you and ES for the sale of any products until ES has received and accepted your order and has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once ES does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. When you place an order to purchase a product from ES, we will send you an acknowledgement of your order via email, which will contain the details of your order.
Acceptance of your order will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acknowledgement of order email. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any such contract is subject to these terms and conditions.
Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order. Payment for the products and delivery charges is taken at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card
details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and refunds will be made in GBP. Infinity Zone Ltd cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate charges on foreign orders at the point of processing a refund. This is the responsibility of your bank or credit card processing company. ES reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply
unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate. The completion of sale is subject to the customer agreeing to use the product in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. ES accept responsibility for products other than supply and delivery to the customer.

Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. condition does not affect your statutory rights. Upon receipt of emails ES will reply where possible by email or telephone call within 24 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).
Customer comments, feedback and other submissions If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example product photos) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England or Wales.

Course Terms & Conditions

Group Courses

- You receive 2 days (16h) of training at a location chosen on the website.

- You receive a book on how to perform "Face O’Clock - Japanese Manual Facelift" as additional supporting materials.

- After 16 h in person training, you will have 21 days at home to self-practise the knowledge and skills I taught you. You may have more time if you confirm you are a slow learner.

After that time we meet for a Zoom consultation where I will check and grade your knowledge.

During this time you will need to send the tutor minimum 3 before and after photos of your performed massages, so the tutor can grade the results.

When you reach a satisfactory level you will receive an ABT Certificate.

- During the training, you will be treated to tea, coffee, water, fruit, cookies and nuts. Please let us know about your allergies Please let us know if you have any food allergies beforehand.

- The student pays for additional meals himself - we will prepare a list of takeaway places.

- The student should wear comfortable clothes for training, such as leggings, a white T-shirt/beautician apron or a masseur's outfit, and shoes for a change of clothes. Short nails.

- Please arrive in good health.

- Please let us know if you have my learning difficulties, so we can prepare additional time and materials for you.

- The course will only take place with a minimum of 2 students confirmed.

- In emergency situations beyond our control, such as lockdown - all courses will be moved online and also accredited by ABT.
